Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao gave the green signal for constitution of three urban development authorities in the state, by signing the relevant file on Thursday.
In Karimnagar, the Sathavahana Urban Development Authority will be constituted and 71 villages around Karimnagar city will come under its authority.
Likewise, the Niza-mabad Urban Develop-ment Authority will have jurisdiction over 60 villages around Nizamabad city, and the Khammam Urban Development Authority will administer 45 villages around Khammam town.
