Hyderabad: Telangana Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Education announced dates for Telangana State Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) on Wednesday. The TET will be conducted on July 23 for which notification will be issued on June 10, he said.
The State government sanctioned 8,792 teachers’ posts last month and directed the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) to fill the vacancies. “We will hold the test after new B.Ed and D.Ed passers requested the government to conduct TET ,” he added.
Speaking to media, the minister said a fresh round of TET notification was required after the National Council for Teacher Education directions to conduct the test.
