Nothing wrong with dynastic politics: Saikiran Yadav
Hyderabad: TRS candidate for Secunderabad Lok Sabha constituency Talasani Saikiran Yadav on Sunday said supported dynastic politics, saying that the children of many professionals followed the legacy of their elders.
He was speaking to media persons during the Meet the Press programme held at Hyderabad Press Club.
He said that the people were pinning their hopes on sincere leaders and not senior leaders. He appealed the people of Secunderabad Lok Sabha constituency to vote for him and promised to work like a soldier to resolve their problems.
Replying to a question, he said the TRS government had been striving hard to eliminate poverty in the state. He said several villages in Gujarat, the home state of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, were facing drinking water and power problems.
Because of the initiative of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, the state was getting 24 hours power supply, he said, adding that even the the remote villages in Telangana state have been saved from drinking water crisis during the past five years of TRS rule.
Mr Yadav said the TRS government was giving priority to the maintenance of law and order in the state, particularly in Hyderabad city.
