Telangana government gives special casual leave to women staff

HYDERABAD: The Government of Telangana has decided to grant special casual leave to all women employed in the state, on the occasion of International Women’s Day on March 8. The general administration department issued orders to this effect on Wednesday. All district collectors and heads of departments have been asked to implement the decision. S. Ramachandram, the Vice-Ch-ancellor of Osmania University, has also granted permission to accord special casual leave to all female staff members, in keeping with the government’s orders.
