Arrangements made for Chandrababu Naidu's Nellore visit tomorrow

Mr Naidu is expected to reach Nellore at 10.25 am on Saturday by helicopter from his residence in Undavalli near Vijayawada.

Nellore: Elaborate arrangements are being made for the visit of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu to Nellore on February 9.

Mr Naidu is expected to reach Nellore at 10.25 am on Saturday by helicopter from his residence in Undavalli near Vijayawada. The CM will inaugurate newly-built district police office in Nellore at 10.30 am.

He will unveil a pylon installed at the new housing complex at Janardhanreddy Colony on the banks of Penna River at 11.30 am to mark the inauguration of 1 lakh houses in urban areas and 3 lakhs in rural areas across the state under Housing For All scheme (Prime Minister Awas Yojana Scheme).

He will also inaugurate a sewage treatment plant built as part of underground drainage scheme at Venkateswarapuram.

Mr Naidu will address the public after the inaugurations and proceed to Vijayawada by helicopter at 1.30 pm.
