Abdul Kalam's advisor joins Jana Sena

Jana Sena president K. Pawan Kalyan announced that Mr Pon Raj had given his consent to serve as a member of the Advisory Council of the party.

Vijayawada: Former President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam's advisor Pon Raj will be serving the Jana Sena party as he has just been appointed as a member of the party’s Advisory Council. Jana Sena president K. Pawan Kalyan announced that Mr Pon Raj had given his consent to serve as a member of the Advisory Council of the party.

Mr Kalyan further stated that six Parliamentary committees for Eluru, Ankapalli, Amalapuram, Kakinada, Vizianagaram and Araku seats, had already been appointed to strengthen the party.

Mr Kalyan stated that Pon Raj had served the country as an advisor to Abdul Kalam. His experience, suggestions and advice would help get on track the economic development of the Backward Classes and weaker sections of the society.

His valuable thoughts as a member of the advisory council would boost the overall development of society.

Mr Pon Raj said Mr Pawan Kalyan is a creative leader and he would definitely take the state of Andhra Pradesh to the level of other developed nations. “I feel happy as Pawan Kalyan has a clear vision to develop the state and he has strong determination for achieving overall growth in Andhra Pradesh,” he said.

Mr Pon Raj further said that Mr Kalyan had a similar dream like that of the late President and that was that the youth must come to politics. “I have a strong belief that Pawan’s political entry will bring a new era in AP politics as well as in Indian politics. I will serve the party as a member of the advisory council.”

Mr Pon Raj further said there must be social perception to ensure integrated economic development. Every State has plenty of resources on par with developed nations.
