Telangana: Financial inclusion camp today
Hyderabad: The state government has asked institutions and departments to mobilise participants for the financial inclusion camp, to be held in Hyderabad on October 7, as directed by the Central government.
Accordingly, the GHMC, commercial tax and labour departments have to mobilise 5,000 people to take part in the camp. The camp will be organised at People’s Plaza and the Gachibowli Stadium will be used as an alternative venue in case it rains.
The government has also asked Society for Elimination of Poverty to mobilise people. According to a direction issued by chief secretary SP Singh, SERP/ Streenidhi has to mobilise 2,000 persons, GHMC/ Mission for Elimination of Poverty in Municipal Areas has to bring 1,500 people, commercial tax department 300 people, labour department 500.
