Hyderabad: TPCC president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy asks caretaker Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao to explain why the Assembly was dissolved eight months before its term ended. Speaking to mediapesorns in Delhi on Thursday, Mr Uttam Kumar Reddy said the Election Commission should clarify on this.
