Telangana: Group-II aspirants stage silent protest
The aspirants demanded the continuation of the selection process stayed by the High Court order.
Hyderabad: Aspirants, who qualified in Group-II written examination, 2016, held a silent protest at Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) office on Wednesday. The aspirants demanded the continuation of the selection process stayed by the High Court order.
The High Court ordered a stay on June 12, 2017 on the Group-II selection process which expired on August 25. But TSPSC has not yet started the certificate verification process, allege aspirants. The case has not been dismissed yet, but there is no extension of the stay period.
TSPSC chairman, Ganta Chakrapani, said, “We are waiting for the final judgement before we start the selection process.”
