Hyderabad: Beautiful Life — a short film by the Rachakonda police on drunk driving — has won the first prize at the second Telangana State public relations conference. Additional DCP (traffic) Divyacharan Rao and film director Shashank Ramanujan received the award during a function on Sunday.
The eight-minute film was released in June and received 3.2 lakh online views and 3,000 likes in a short time. Senior Telugu actresses Sana and Meghna Lokesh played lead roles in it. The movie is about two drunken youths, whose vehicle killed a young girl in an accident.
