Hyderabad: Heavy rainfall has been forecast for the state over the next 24 hours, especially for districts adjacent to the Maharashtra border.
The rain is the result of a cyclonic circulation that developed in the interior parts of Odisha, which has revived monsoon currents. Ramagundam in Karimnagar district received the highest rainfall of 7.5 cm, followed by Hyderabad at 2.1 cm.
