Hyderabad: Terror suspect Mohammed Mosiruddin arrested in Bengal has revealed that his handler was from Hyderabad. Intelligence officials said that it need not be one of the five arrested IS men.
According to CID officers from Bengal, Mosiruddin named a person in Hyderabad as his handler. Mosiruddin was detained by CID officers who were following him at Amadpur in Burdwan district. He was arrested at Burdwan for his alleged links to ISIS and JMB.
Police recovered a 13-inch knife, a firearm and three bullets from him. Mosiruddin was produced in a Howrah court on Wednesday and charged. Police said that Mosiruddin was staying in TN Tirpur district.
with his wife and two children for over six years. He was running a grocery shop there. NIA had been keeping an eye on Mosiruddin for quite some time.
