YSRC complaint against N Chandrababu Naidu

He said that TD collected public data illegally and used the same to provide government welfare schemes to TD cadres.

VIJAYAWADA: YSR Congress lodged a complaint with the Election Commission on Saturday about Telugu Desam government misusing public money for welfare schemes to benefit TD cadres.

YSRC MP (Rajya Sabha) V. Vijaya Sai Reddy in his complaint alleged that AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu violated the election model code of conduct during a public meeting at Visakhapatnam by stating that he was unable to distribute money due to IT raids hence he was providing money through government schemes which was a total violation of norms.

He said that TD collected public data illegally and used the same to provide government welfare schemes to TD cadres. He further complained that taxpayers were not benefiting with Annadata Sukhibhava scheme.

Mr Reddy claimed that Mr Naidu, in a public meeting at Visakhapatnam, had admitted that he was offering money to voters through welfare schemes to lure them as voters towards TD in the election which was a total violation of norms and sought action against Mr Naidu.
