Vijayawada: The TD leaders on Wednesday lodged a complaint against the TS government alleging theft of party data. AP TD president K. Kala Venkata Rao submitted the written complaint to Guntur Rural SP S.V. Rajasekhar Babu and alleged that it was a case of conspiracy hatched between YSRC leaders, followers and some senior police officials of the TS government.
He said that the objective of stealing the data accumulated by the TD over two decades was to cripple the party activities and to intimidate the cadre with an ultimate aim of furthering the political prospects of YSRC.
Mr Venkata Rao requested the AP police to conduct a thorough investigation and ensure the guilty are punished.
