KOZHIKODE: Chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the renovated Karaparamba Government Higher Secondary School on March 9 at 6 pm.
A. Pradeep Kumar MLA will preside over the function in the presence of excise minister T.P. Ramakrishnan, mayor Thottathil Raveendran and M.K. Raghavan MP.
The school spent Rs 12 crore under the Promoting Regional Schools to International Standards through Multiple Interventions (PRISM) initiative.
It includes a library in a two-storey building, a dining area where more than 200 children can have food at a time, smart classrooms, hi-tech laboratory, a multipurpose hall, reception lounge and an amphitheatre.
