HMDA unaware of K T Rama Raor's order on twitter
HYDERABAD: Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) officials are unaware of the instructions that municipal administration and urban development minister K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) gives through the social media.
Replying to a grievance through his Twitter handle, the minister has directed the HMDA to check illegal dumping of debris in Peerzadiguda lake. However, HMDA officials are unaware of his instructions.
Rajesh Sah, a citizen, in his Twitter handle, posted, “Sir, please look after the lake near Aurora College in Uppal. The lake is being filled with building waste and is encro-ached. 5th reminder.”
Replying to this tweet, KTR directed HMDA officials, “Request @HMDAGov and @Collector MDL to send teams today to inspect the alleged encroachments. Please send update after the visit.”
However, when inqu-ired about the update, HMDA officials had not even heard about the grievance. "I am unaware of the Tweet. I will check immediately and send the team tomorrow,” the official concerned said.
