Bengaluru: The High Court on Monday dismissed a PIL seeking directions for a probe by a special investigation team into the alleged diary of Congress MLC K. Govindaraju and another alleged CD belonging to BJP leader Lehar Singh.
The PIL sought an investigation saying the issue has created confusion amongst the public, who need to know the truth.

Mangala Sridhar reinstated
KPSC member Mangala Shridhar was reinstated to her position on Monday with the High Court quashing the Governor’s suspension order.

Traffic Ramaswamy seeks Sasi’s transfer
A Tamil Nadu social activist has filed a petition seeking several directions with regard to convicted AIADMK leader Sasikala, who is serving her jail sentence in the DA case. It is learnt that the activist, Traffic Ramaswamy, has asked for directions to restrain Ministers of Tamil Nada government from meeting Sasikala at the city central prison. He has sought her transfer to the Tumakuru prison.
