Rajinikanth can enter politics, raja yogam for Kamal Hassan, says Mahesh Varma
CHENNAI: What ‘poojas’ should top stars, particularly those with political ambitions, be doing this Deepavali, the ‘festival of lights’ that celebrates the “victory” of ‘good’ over 'evil'?
Some prescriptions are universal, like praying to Goddess Mahalakshmi with red or white flowers and sweets by chanting the ‘Srisuktha mantras’. But noted astrologer Mahesh Varma has individual-specific ‘poojas’ in mind for dream stars of Tamil filmdom this year.
For Superstar Rajinikanth (DOB 12-12-1950), the astrologer says that since he is running “7/5 Saturn period”, planet Saturn in the 12th house of his ‘Raasi’ will create tension. Though his financial and wealth position will be good, he says the actor should take care of his health. And for good health, he should pray to Goddess Mahalakshmi on ‘Amavaasya’ that falls the next day after Deepavali. However, good news for the actor is that “he can start his political career as Mercury is in the 5th house with ten house lord who will give clarity of mind, wealth and fame.”
For Kamal Haasan, the actor-turned Makkal Neethi Maiyam (MNM) leader (DOB 07-11-1954), the astrologer says with Jupiter favourable for the actor this year, “the lagna lord in second house is good for cine field.” Even more, Saturn in the 5th house “is exalted in Lagna that it will give him ‘raja yogam’ as a politician.”
However, as “Mars aspects Jupiter”, Kamal should take care of his expenditure, and also be careful with his speeches, says the astrologer. Ideally, Kamal Haasan should pray to Goddess Durga to get rid of all evils. Offering worship to Goddess Mahalakshmi on Amavaasya day after Deepavali “with red flowers and sweets will bring him the desired results,” adds the astrologer.
Actor Vijay (DOB 22-06-1974), another contender for political power in Tamil Nadu, will do well financially and in films. However, Vijay needs to pray to Guru Bhagwan every Thursday to foil his enemies and feed cows. For his political growth, the actor should pray to Lord Suryanarayana every Sunday, reciting the ‘Aditya Hridayam Stotram’, says the astrologer. Praying to Goddess Malahalkshmi on Deepavali and on Amavaasya “will give success,” he adds. All these ‘poojas’ can be done by their family members also.
