Mahakutami today's East India Company, says Asaduddin Owiasi
Hyderabad: MIM chief Asaduddin Owiasi on Monday termed the Congress-led Mahakutami as the East India Company of the present era even as targeted AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.
Addressing a public meeting in Sangareddy, he asked the audience, “What is the name of Kutami?” The people replied, “Dhobi Kutami,” He replied, “Whatever this is, it is not an alliance but East India Company of 2018.” He said that the reason he was making the comparison was that if it succeeded, Mr Naidu would decide the fate of Telangana while sitting in Vijayawada.
He asked the people whether they wanted the fate of TS to be decided in Nagpur by the RSS or in Delhi by the Congress or here in Hyderabad. He answered the question himself: “The decision will be taken not by the people sitting in Delhi, Nagpur or Vijayawada but by the people who live here. This necessitates sending back this modern East India Company on December 7.”
Mr Owaisi asked Mr Naidu, “Now you want to protect the nation. What were you doing when Gujarat happened?”
