Vijayawada: The government late on Thursday night transferred 36 DSPs which had been pending for long. The orders were issued by DGP N. Sambasiva Rao.
Among those transferred are two ACPs from Vijayawada: ACP, Crimes, V. Pothuraju as DSP, Avanigadda and ACP, Vijayawada, B.R. Sreenivasulu to Mydukuru.
Three DSPs from the CID were transferred: K. Eswar Rao to Eluru, Y. Yugender Babu to Narasaraopet, B. Sree Bhavani Harsha to Putturu.
Four DSPs, Intelligence were shifted: Mohd Mohaboob Basha to Machilipatnam, T. Radesh Murali to Nandigama, D. Gangadharam to Bapatla and T.T. Prabhakar Babu to Narasapur
Thirteen DSPs in waiting were transferred: S. Raghava to Kasibugga, Srikakulam; G. Swaroopa Rani to Palakonda; P.V.-S.S-M.V.R. Varma to Kakinada; J.V. Santosh to Ramachandrapuram, V. Kalesha Vali to Sattenapalli, K. Sree Lakshmi as DSP North, Guntur Urban, R.V.S.N. Murthy to South-Guntur Urban, K. Eswar Reddy as DSP, Tirumala, Ch Lakshmipathi to Sri City, Chittoor, M. Snehita to Tenali, D. Rama Varma to Puttaparthi, J. Venkata Rao to Anantapur and Y.B.P.T.A. Prasad to Adoni
The other DSPs transferred were V. Bheema Rao to Marine, Srika-kulam; Mr K.V.V.N.V. Prasad (ACB) to Gurajala; B. Sreenivasa Rao (North Guntur Urban) to Ongole. G. Ramanjaneyula Reddy, OSD, Anantapur, was pos-ted to Atmakur, Nellore district; N.B.M. Muralikr-ishna (Ramachandrapu-ram), to Nellore town, and M. Chidananda Reddy was shifted from Tadipatri to Madanapalli.
