New Delhi: Railways is planning to revamp its mobile application and include ‘all passenger services’ for its customers. “We are preparing an integrated mobile application for passengers which will take care of all their needs. “It will be an app that will take care of the entire journey — from booking a ticket to booking a taxi, pre-ordering a meal, requesting for a porter, ordering a bed roll, complaining about lack of cleanliness and many more,” said a railway official.
