Hyderabad: Majlis Bachao Tehreek spokesperson Amjedullah Khan lodged a complaint with Dabeerpura police against R.S.N. Singh, a former RAW official, for allegedly making blasphemous remarks against Prophet Mohammed during a television debate.
In his complaint, Mr Khan said that Mr Singh made blasphemous comments against Prophet Mohammed and used derogatory language against him during a television debate on ‘Times Now’ television channel.
“During the discussion Mr R.S.N. Singh intentionally made insane and factually incorrect comments about Prophet Mohammed and his wife,” he stated in his complaint.
Mr Singh had intentionally insulted Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) through his blasphemous comments and it has caused considerable anger among followers of Islam all over the world, he said, asking the police to register a case and arrest him.
When contacted the Dabeerpura police said they have received a complaint and are investigating its facts.
