Hyderabad: The Hyderabad police continued its investigation into the baby kidnap case in Bidar which led to the identification and arrest of Naina Rani.
“After handing over the baby at the hospital, Naina and her family absconded but the police succeeded in identifying and arresting them within a short period,” Hyderabad police commissioner Anjani Kumar. The quick action leading to the recovery of the baby has been widely appreciated.
“The incident brings to light the importance of CCTVs as they have made the city safe,” Mr Kumar said.
