Governor ESL Narasimhan to discuss Telangana, AP disputes with N Chandrababu Naidu

Vijayawada: Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan will have a meeting with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday evening. Two subjects — the Krishna waters dispute and High Court division — are to be discussed between the two. Later, the Governor will leave for Tirupati.

The Chief Minister will do the Pattiseema pumps inauguration on Wednesday morning. He would launch 24 pumps at Pattiseema and later connect the Godavari waters to Krishna river.

Since the water level at Dhowaleswaram dam has crossed 14 metres, arrangements have been made to release Godavari water to Polavaram right canal through Pattiseema.

This water will reach Prakasham barrage within four days.
