Visakhapatnam: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu expressed anger over the Election Commission’s transferring Mr A.C. Punetha as chief secretary and replacing him with Mr L.V. Subramanyam. He alleged that this was the result of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP chief Amit Shah conspiring against the state along with YSRC president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.
