Hyderabad: The Hyderabad High Court on Monday suspended an order of a single judge issued directing the Joint Registrar of Visakhapatnam to register a piece of land situated in Daspalla Hills of city, which is in the prohibitory list, in the name of petitioner.
The bench directed the government to file the counter before the single judge in here so that the single judge can hear the matter in detail. Mr. Dammalapati Srinivas, advocate general, submitted that based on the orders of the single judge several people are coming forward for registrations of the lands in above survey numbers.
