Hyderabad: Two new hospitals in government sector in Hyderabad will be announced in the state Budget this year. Chief Minister K. Mr Rao said there was a need to set up two more government hospitals to make healthcare accessible to all irrespective of their social and economic status. The city has three government hospitals: Osmania, Gandhi and one at King Koti. He asked officials to procure ultra-modern equipment in all these five hospitals. He asked officials to plan a super specialty hospital for workers in the Singareni coal belt area. He told officials to draft Budget proposals to upgrade the MGM Hospital in Warangal besides other government hospitals in the districts.
