K Srinivas of Sloka Advertising Pvt Ltd re-elected as director to the board of AAAI

Hyderabad: K. Srinivas, managing director of SLOKA Advertising Private Limited, became the first person from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to be elected to the Board of Directors of Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI) consecutively for the second time.

Srinivas is a well-known figure in the advertising fraternity with more than 30 years in the fields of advertising and marketing. He has been instrumental and highly successful in planning, implementing and setting future strategy resulting in the growth of Sloka Advertising Private Limited, which is considered to be one of the best and sought-after agencies.

Reacting to the achievement, Srinivas said, “I’m extremely honoured to be elected to the Board of this prestigious association which is a great opportunity and responsibility and I would strive to work in tandem with other Board members to uphold sound business practices.”

Prashant Kumar, CEO-South Asia of Group M Media, was re-elected as AAAI president. Rana Barua of Havas Media was unanimously elected vice-president. The other members of the Board are well-known leaders of the advertising industry.
