Hyderabad: Goshamahal MLA T. Raja Singh was booked in a case at Bahadurpura police station, for allegedly making comments hurting the religious sentiments of a community.
The Bahadupura police received a complaint from a person living at Kishanbagh on Tuesday, alleging that Mr Raja Singh’s comments in connection with the rape and murder of a woman veterinary doctor at Shamshabad had hurt the sentiments of a community.
Following the complaint, the police registered a case against the Goshamahal MLA.
Bahadupura police further said that they would proceed further in the case after seeking legal opinion.
