It is said BJP candidates Payal Shankar and Padakanti Ramadevi are doing well in Adilabad and Mudhole constituencies respectively.

Both Adilabad and Mudhole, apart from Sirpur (T) share borders with Maharashtra. It may be recalled that Maharashtra BJP MLCs and MLAs were deployed as in-charges for one week under BJP Assembly Pravas Yojana in these constituencies in August.
