Hyderabad: The illegally installed Reliance Jio tower at Patelnagar, Bandlaguda, was removed by the GHMC after the issue raised in the Speak Out pages of this newspaper (Remove illegal mobile tower from residential area) on Monday
GHMC officials visited the place on Monday morning and found that the company had commenced work on the tower on the premises No 18-13-9/P/187. Officials stopped the work as approval from the GHMC office for the construction of cell towers had not been given.
