Pandan still intact, says Rajkumari Indira Devi

Hyderabad: Rajkumari Indira Devi Dhanrajgiriji recalled of the Pandan (box) gifted by her father to the seventh Nizam on the silver jubilee anniversary and it was housed in the museum at Purani Haveli. However, she was told that the Pandan is still intact. She said, “Not many know that Mehboob Ali Pasha lived there. He often stayed at King Koti and Falaknuma but also lived in Purani Haveli. It is sad that artefacts that remind us of our history have been stolen.”
