Aam Aadmi Party invites Gaddar to party

Hyderabad: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) representative Priyanka Kakkar met revolutionary Telugu balladeer Gaddar at his residence on Saturday and invited him to join the party. She also urged Gaddar to lead the party in Telangana and that they would announce him as the CM candidate of AAP.

Ms Kakkar told Gaddar that AAP has accorded top priority to Telangana in the ensuing elections. Gaddar however, refused to join AAP. He told DC that Ms Kakkar that he wanted to float a political party with like minded persons according to his ideology. He said that he has no objection to work with AAP or any other like-minded parties in Telangana. Gaddar’s son Surya recen-tly joined Congress and there were speculations that Gaddar also may follow suit.
