Hyderabad: Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan on Friday launched the website of ‘Sisters for Change’, www.sisters4change.org, an initiative launched by TRS MP K. Kavitha.
The initiative, launched on the birthday of Ms Kavitha’s brother K.T. Rama Rao, asks sisters to gift their brothers a helmet on Rakhi.
The campaign has received support on social media including from Odisha CM Naveen Pat-naik and sportspersons Saina Nehwal, Mithali Raj and Jwala Gutta.
