No petrol, diesel on May 10 in Bengaluru

The association would wait till May 9 for a positive response from the government adding that the strike was the last option.

Bengaluru: The State Petroleum Dealers Association has decided to shut down all fuel stations on May 10 demanding more commission and a stop to the harassment by officials.

Speaking to reporters here on Thursday, B.R. Ravindranath, state president of the association informed that the protest was part of the all India strike called by the dealers apex body. He said that the association would wait till May 9 for a positive response from the government adding that the strike was the last option. He also warned that if their demands are not met, an indefinite strike will be launched from May 15.
