8 advisers or 6? Pinarayi Vijayan gives different answers

The issue was raised as point of order in the Assembly on Thursday by Mr V.D. Satheesan.

Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan gave different answers to the questions in the Assembly on April 25 on how many advisers he has.
To the written question asked by League MLAs T.V. Ibrahim and Parakkal Abdulla, he said he has six advisers. But when the same question was raised by Congress MLA M. Vincent, he said eight.

The issue was raised as point of order in the Assembly on Thursday by Mr V.D. Satheesan. However, Speaker P. Sreeramakrishnan asked Mr Satheesan to provide a notice for a breach of privilege and said he would take action based on the notice.

Perspective plan: Education minister C. Raveendranath told Mr Ahamed Kabeer of the IUML that the government would introduce a perspective plan for self-financing colleges. The committee headed by Justice K.K. Dineshan would submit a report within four months. The plan would be based on the report of the committee.

Company for Azheekal port: Port minister Kadanappaly Ramachandran told Mr T.V. Rajesh that the government was planning a Vizhinjam model company for Azheekal port. The government was looking into possibility of starting a ship service between Anthroth in Lakshadweep and Azheekal port.
