Hyderabad: Justice Nakka Balyogi tendered his resignation as judge of the Hyderabad High Court on Monday. It is understood that he will be joining the YSRC.
He was to retire on January 14 next year. His resignation has been accepted with effect from December 15. He hails from East Godavari district.
