Hyderabad: Six ‘Vinayaka Sagar’ tanks, constructed by the GHMC, exclusively for idols immersion, are ready. GHMC will provide a crane and its workers for assistance at these tanks. Though earlier GHMC approved plans for 10 tanks, only six have been constructed. Immersion tanks at another 50 lakes at various places will be taken up in a phase manner by the GHMC.
