Hyderabad: The Telangana Labour Department is looking into the alleged layoff at low cost tablet manufacturer Datawind’s facility in Hyderabad. Nearly 200 employees have approached the department, seeking a remedy.
The company is planning to move from its current location. Those employees, who are not willing to shift to the new location, have moved the department, department officials said, and added that the company will be asked to give its explanation soon.
