Ms Banerjee used to regularly send those sweets to Mr Vajpayee till he was alive.

Former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee used to like those sweets. Ms Banerjee used to regularly send those sweets to Mr Vajpayee till he was alive.

This time Ms Banerjee didn’t send any sweet gift for Prime Minister Narendra Modi because during the Lok Sabha polls the PM mentioned that Mamataji sent him sweets regularly.

As the number of TDP MPs has been reduced, they were asked to leave that office. But YSR Congress refused to take TDP party office as for them it was an unlucky room. They requested the Speaker’s office to allot them the room of AIADMK. However, AIADMK argued that they were a pre-poll ally of Bharatiya Janata Party whereas YSR Congress has not joined NDA so far. Therefore, they have legitimate right to keep that room which they used for last five years.
