Ajit Kumar Chordia, new president of Credai
Chennai: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (Credai), Tamil Nadu has elected Ajit Kumar Chordia as its new president. Minister for housing and urban development, Udumalai K. Radhakrishnan was the chief guest of the investiture ceremony.
Ajit Kumar requested the minister to enable co working spaces, which is an emerging trend in IT offices at IT parks. He also handed over a ‘Concept Note’ on the township policy for TN.
Meanwhile, D.P. Yadav, secretary for housing and urban development said the state would soon float a tender to launch online filing of planning permission application with CMDA. The software facilitates online filing applications that are forwarded to other government departments for “no objection” certificate.
