Hyderabad: On Thursday as the rains lashed the city, the incompleted stormwater drain in Kapra got blocked with thermocol, plastic bins and glass bottles leading to water overflowing onto an open plot and inundating a low-lying road of DLR Enclave. The stormwater drain works in DLR enclave are yet to be finished and the sudden rains resulted in sewage and rainwater mixing, leaving a trail of black silt in the open plot and road.
