Bengaluru: Aam Aadmi Party candidate from K.R. Puram constituency Lingaraj Urs released the manifesto providing details regarding his plans to make the constituency a safe and clean place, free from corruption. Urs released the manifesto listing solutions for fulfilling the aspirations of K.R. Puram residents. He assured to bring in transparency in governance by the use of technology to track progress of public projects and to empower Mohalla Sabhas to vote to decide on projects to be taken up. To ensure safety in the constituency he has advocated increase of police patrolling and installation of CCTV cameras.
In order to provide affordable healthcare for all, Urs has proposed a three-tier healthcare infrastructure, comprising mohalla clinics, poly clinics and super-specialty hospitals.
