Hyderabad: A PIL has been moved before the Hyderabad High Court seeking to declare as illegal Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao using public money to fulfil his personal vows. Social activists Kancha Ilaiah and G. Ramulu moved the PIL questioning the offering made by the CM recently. They contended that the CM cannot use CGF funds for his personal vows and it was against the Constitution.
