Hyderabad: The Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), which has been designed to collect citizens’ feedback on the Swachh Survekshan survey, has become dysfunctional. Citizens should dial IVRS number 1969 to rate the sanitation level of the city and localities based on the PIN code.
Citizens complained that they are not able to participate in the Swachh Survekshan survey and on several occasions the Swachhata App was also dysfunctional.
After dialling 1969, citizens will get a call back where they have to answer six questions to participate. Questions include, “Are you aware that your city is participating in Swachh Survekshan 2018 for Swachhata ranking?, did you find your area cleaner than last year?, do you think the number of urinals/toilets have gone up in comparison to last year, decreasing open urination/defecation in the city?” Citizens can give feedback on www.swachhsurvekshan2018.org
