Telangana BJP chief Bandi Sanjay moves HC to quash registered FIR

Hyderabad: Lunch motion Petition moved by Mr. Bandi Sanjay, MP BJP from Karimnagar seeking Quash of FIR registered against him in Karimnagar district yesterday.

The Criminal Petition filed by Mr. Bandi Sanjay has been returned to the Registry, High Court by Justice K. Lakshman  with a direction to place the criminal Petition before the appropriate Bench.

As per the Roster of the High Court, this Criminal Petition has to be  heard  by the Bench headed by Justice Ujjal Bhuyan , who has a roster of adjudication of cases related to public representatives.
