THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: KPCC president M. M. Hassan and Opposition Leader Ramesh Chennithala are leaving for New Delhi on Sunday morning to submit the nomination papers for AICC vice-president Rahul Gandhi’s election to the president post. Three sets of nomination papers are being submitted from Kerala where 30 leaders have signed in it.
