Mancherial: 2 Youth Beaten Up and Hung Upside Down Over Alleged Goat Theft

Mancherial: A shocking and horrifying incident has recently come to light in Adilabad, where two young individuals, one of whom is from the SC community, were subjected to a brutal ordeal by the owner of a goat farm on the outskirts of Mandamarry town in Mancherial district. The gruesome incident unfolded on a Friday when the two youths, identified as Teja and his friend C Kiran, were accused of stealing a goat.

The alleged perpetrator behind this gruesome act was K Ramulu, the owner of the goat farm residing in Angadi Bazar, Mandamarry town. A few days earlier, Ramulu noticed that one of his goats had gone missing. In response, he summoned Teja, who was responsible for tending to the goats, and Kiran to address the situation. However, instead of a rational resolution, a horrifying sequence of events unfolded.

Ramulu resorted to inhumane tactics, binding the legs of the two youths and hanging them upside down. The brutality did not stop there; he subjected them to severe physical beatings. In a truly sadistic twist, Ramulu added to their torment by introducing smoke beneath the hanging victims, leaving them gasping for breath.

The incident remained hidden until Kiran's aunt, Nitturi Sarita, grew deeply concerned about his sudden disappearance after enduring such torture. In response, she bravely decided to take action, lodging a formal complaint with the Mandamarry police.

Bellampally ACP P Sadaiah has officially confirmed that a case has been registered against Ramulu under the prevention of atrocities against SC/ST Act. Furthermore, Ramulu has been taken into custody for his alleged involvement in this heinous crime.

Ramulu, hailing from the washermen community, took the assistance of his own son, Srinivas, his wife Swarupa, and a worker named Naresh in perpetrating these horrific acts of violence against the two youths. Shockingly, he demanded monetary compensation from Kiran and Teja for the missing goat, a demand that ultimately led to an appalling display of brutality and cruelty.
