Hyderabad: The southwest monsoon continues to be weak and the Met department has predicted light to moderate rain or thundershowers in isolated places over the next week for the state. Parts of Adilabad, Jagtial, Nizamabad, Badradri Kothagudem and Khammam districts received moderate rainfall on Sunday.
Hyderabad is expected to witness rain or thundershowers towards the evening or night for two days while the rest of the week will be generally cloudy with light rain. The city recorded about 11 mm rainfall on Sunday. The rainfall was measured at between 2.5 and 15.5 mm in Falaknuma, Charminar, Malakpet, Goshamahal, Mehdipatnam, Jubliee Hills, Yousufguda, Serilingampally, Khairatabad, Musheerabad, Secunderabad, Begumpet, Ramchandrapuram.
