Markazi Ruiyat-e-Hilal Committee secretary Moulana Syed Qubool Pasha Shuttari said though the moon was not sighted in the city due to the clouds, it was sighted in Delhi, Patna, Kolkata and Tirumalgiri of Tamil Nadu.
